Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. The returned product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom star maps, personalized constellation art, and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@celestialvibe.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error with your order. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
